With the explosion of new collaborative services particular to Web 2.0, users find themselves drowning beneath waves of informations, recommendations, solutions and contacts whose relevance it is no longer easily possible to judge. Unlike the traditional media, Internet has no gatekeepers but the audience is now robust enough to exert some sort of quality control.  

In order to do that, the audience needs an evaluation tool to share its positive or negative experiences with the rest of the community, like the eBay™ reputation system for example.
